Project and Programme management

Delivering Data centre, construction and infrastructure projects requires more than project coordination. It demands clear technical , leadership and rigorous governance together with the ability to unite people, processes, and priorities behind a shared outcome.​

I work with clients as an extension of their team, bringing structure, accountability and practical support across the full project lifecycle. From early planning and work winning through to delivery and handover, my focus is on helping projects move forward with clarity, control and confidence.

Pre-construction and feasibility studies

Good decisions made early can protect a project from delay, cost increase and avoidable risk later.

I provide practical feasibility study support for data centre, land development, infrastructure , highway and utility projects. My role is to assess the key technical, commercial, legal, design and delivery considerations at an early stage, so clients can understand what is achievable, where the risks sit and how best to move forward.

Contract Management and Negotiation

Strong contract management is essential to the success of any construction, infrastructure or data centre project. With complex scopes, changing conditions, multiple parties and significant commercial exposure, projects need clear contractual control from the outset.

I provide tailored contract and commercial management support to help clients protect their position, manage risk and improve project performance at every stage of the lifecycle.

Project Planning and Controls

Effective project delivery depends on more than having a programme in place. It requires clear planning, accurate information, disciplined controls and regular challenge to keep cost, schedule, risk and change properly managed.

I provide project planning and controls support for construction, infrastructure and data centre projects, helping clients understand where their project stands, what is driving performance and what action is needed to keep delivery on track.

My approach brings together planning, cost, risk, change and performance reporting into a clear control framework.
